I am currently having two issues with My Disney Experience - hoping someone can shed some light...

1) I am trying to clean up my Family. My dad and brother have the same name and I have several versions of that name in my Friends and Family list after planning visits for many years. Both now have My Disney Experience accounts and have linked to my friends and family account. They are both on my Friends and Family list, I am on theirs, and I have the permission to plan for each of them.

I can't delete an old name if it is associated with a current reservation, so I am trying to clean up the guests for dining reservations.

On several of my dining reservations, I have my dad listed twice. Once as "Mr. John Smith" and once as "Mr. John Smith, Sr." I want to change the "Mr. John Smith, Sr." (my dad) to "Mr. John Smith, Jr." (my brother) and whenever I chose "Mr. John Smith, Jr." (or any name for that matter) from the Friend and Family list, it gives an error message (Error: There was an issue assigning one or more Guests to this reservation) and changes the name back to "Mr. John Smith, Sr."

2) Even though My Reservations and Tickets lists the park hoppers we puchases for my entire family, I can't make fast passes because it says I need to link tickets for every member of my family except myself, my husband, a brother and his wife (we are all AP holders)

If I try to link the tickets, it says they are already linked?

Any ideas ... just thought I would check with the Intercot experts before calling in the morning.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Seems like you'll need to call. One thing to check is that the names on the hotel reservations match the names that the tickets are associated with. They do need to be an exact match first, last, jr or sr or you will not be able to get FP at 60 days out. The other thing you need to check is if brother and dad have setup their MDE with the exact names you are trying to use.

Thanks, Lynn - I do believe that I will need to call. I have matched the correct names to the resort reservations so I think the tickets are correct as well. I am sure it will all work out.

I know in the past even with your own setup some areas are very case sensitive. So if they have their name listed one way on their profile and then list it another with a reservation it will hose you up...
While planning our upcoming trip it took several call to "link" my parent's / grandparents account to enable me to book and reserve everything. Once I finished with Disney's tech support everything worked perfectly.
