My DN is going to be at WDW with her band in late April 2017. Easter is on April 16th of that year and I know the week before and after Easter will be crowded but if they come down the week of the 23-29 will it still be as crowded? There will be other bands as I am sure it is some type of competition week and wanted to know if it would be worth it to go down to see her play or not. My DH hates crowds and when we were there in Sept.this year it was way busier than we thought it would be. Hoping for a more low keyed trip if that is possible at WDW anymore. Any thoughts are appreciated.

My impression of Easter in WDW is that it is pretty busy in the weeks surrounding it. We went in late Sept early Oct 2014 thinking it wouldn't be too bad and we were surprised. They had free dining however, and I guess maybe it was the peak of the European holiday time frames. You will still have a fun trip but if your DH can not handle crowds then perhaps WDW is not going to be his favorite place :secret:. You just do your research and handle them the best you can!
