So I have a question for everyone. We have only ever done Disneyworld in April, May, or September. Well there was one time that I was there as a band chaperone the week after Christmas but it was years and years ago and I don't really remember what the weather was like back then except there was a lot of rain. We will be checking into POR on November 7th (this coming Monday). Can anyone tell me what kind of clothing to bring. We are thinking capris/shorts for days and Jeans for evenings, tops that can be layered, and Jackets of course. Are we thinking along the right track? We just want to be prepared. Will we be seeing alot of capris and shorts while we are there? Any advice will be much appreciated!

I've been in December several trips and my last trip was Oct.29-Nov 4, 2014 and each trip has been different. We had one hot December where it was in the 80's day/60's night/the October trip started warm mid 80's and a cool front came through with highs in the 60s/lows in the 40s and we've had Decembers with highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. I've learned layering is best. We like to wear short sleeved shirts with lightweight jeans or athletic pants and hoodies. If its forecast to be very cold we will take a heavier jacket too. I like the hoodies because I can tie them around my waist during the day if its warm and then wear it at night. There were a few times where we had to wear them during the day, when its cool and windy around that water gets even colder. I would check the extended forecast and pack accordingly they are usually pretty accurate.

You can check our resident weatherman's forecast here. Looks like you're in for some warm weather through the 11th so you should be seeing capri/shorts weather. Layering is always the way to go if you'll be out into the night.
