My daughter's high school music groups will be in WDW at the end of April. They are participating in special music clinics which last until almost noon. They will have the rest of the day at Epcot the first day, and MK the second. Since it's a group tour, I doubt they will have the option to book a FP for any of the parks ahead of time. They are staying off-site and leaving at 9:00 and 10:00 PM, respectively.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make the most of their time? Can they pick up a FP in the park at noon, or will they all be gone? Should they opt for less popular attractions? They want to see and do the most they can, of course.
The third day they will be in HS from 9-7. This is for April 26-28th. The crowd calendar I saw did not look too bad. I've never been this time of year. Weather looks good, too.
Any tips, suggestions would be very much appreciated. She's a Disney veteran, so hopes to guide some of her friends.:mickey:

My son's band was there in May. It is a wonderful experience! The band really enjoyed the clinic!
Hopefully your daughter's friends will want to do the same things as your daughter does. She may want to discuss this prior to the trip. My son is a veteran Disney kid, but as he was going through the parks suggesting rides/shows, he was met with " I don't know/want..." He felt a lot of time was wasted. I met up with him at the MK and he actually wanted to go through the park with me! I was flattered of course, but then I realized he was using me for my fast passes! But we had fun!:mickey:
I hope your daughter enjoys her trip!
Sorry I didn't have advice on the fast passes.

If they want FP they'll just need to go to a kiosk when they arrive. The CM can help them get their 3 if they want 3. It's hard to say what might be available or not. All of them won't be gone. The most popular rides might be, but there will still be plenty of choices.

Thanks for the tips. I will have her talk to her friends ahead of time so they don't waste time. I can imagine that would be very frustrating!
If she can still get to a kiosk to pick up passes, that will be great! Otherwise, it's the "no-line tour".
