I have a question that I'm sure somebody here will be able to help me with....I am registered for a conference that is happening at the Yacht & Beach Club in May of 2019. When registering for the conference it had me book my room there through their conference page. After I did this, it told me that I would be emailed a confirmation number in April of 2019. I have other guests that I was not able to add through this. Am I better off cancelling this reservation, and calling WDW to book through them and see if I can still get the discounted rate? Any thoughts on what my best plan of action is? Thanks!
Conference rates are done through a totally separate "company" at Disney. (there are many companies under the Disney Travel umbrella) So to get the rate you have to be booked through their conference department into their room block.
You can try calling them, there should be a phone number on the online site, and add the additional people
