Are there any current bounce back offers available at the Wilderness lodge for the month of July available?

I don't know the specific answer but I do know folks have needed to hunt through the materials in their room to find the offer(s) - they aren't as out in the open as they used to be. If you don't find what you're looking for, I'd also suggest checking in with the front desk regarding availability.
