Is it possible to change just one fastpass on a particular day, or do you have to cancel all passes on that day?also, if i do cancel all, what are the chances i miss out on any or all choices i wanted to make?:confused:

Yes you can change one. You have to go to edit Fast Pass then change time or replace FP. It will then let you pick one FP and you can either change the time (it will show you other available times that do not conflict with your other FP times) or change experience.
If you choose change experience it gets tricky because it only lets you change to something available at the same time. It won't just show you everything still open. This shouldn't be a problem if you are doing it in advance but if doing it the day of you may need to change to a something you don't want to get more time options.
As far as cancelling everything it depends on when you are doing it and what you have. Rides like the Mine Train are booked far in advance and if you cancel all your FP in advance you may not get it again.
