So I am getting married at the Walt Disney World Swan next November. We are staying at Swan for 4 nights then we are going to the Poly for 4 nights- my DREAM come true- besides the prince I'm marrying of course :cloud9::cloud9: We are going down on the 2nd of November and coming home on the 10th. I did some research and it seems that the VMCP is usually the 2nd Thursday in November onward. Am I correct in assuming that? If so then we will be able to see it while we are there. I specifically planned this particular week because I'm dying to go to the MVMCP and it's far enough before Thanksgiving that I won't feel rushed to do Thanksgiving decorating/shopping when we get back.
Thanks for the input :mickey:

The first Christmas party is about a week after the last Halloween party (which is often on Nov 1, depending on how the calendar falls). Parties are typically on Sun, Tues, Thurs and Fri nights, but that can vary - especially for the very first ones. That said, I think you can be pretty confidant that either the Thursday or Friday you're there (8th or 9th), if not both, will be a party night.

Congratulations!! The MVMCP usually does start the 2nd week in November but not necessarily on a thursday. Last year it started November 7 which was a Monday.
