Disney Rewards Visa Dollars

I believe that the actual transfer needs to be done online or by phone.

There used to be a place in Downtown Disney that would do it, but I don't know if it is there anymore.

In any event, it is pretty easy to call in and get them transferred.

You can transfer additional Disney Dream Reward Dollars to an existing, active Redemption Card online by going to the Manage My Account section and selecting "Transfer Disney Dream Reward Dollars" on that page, or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You must have a minimum of 10 Disney Dream Reward Dollars available to transfer. Once Disney Dream Reward Dollars are transferred to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed toward airline travel.

So the answer is no, there is no place on property to transfer points, you have to do it thru the Chase website or by the 1-800 #

In my experience, we've only been able to do it by calling or doing it online. We've gone to guest services at the park to pick up a card but they've always told us to call or go online to add the rewards dollars to the card. It only takes a minute to do it. You can also order the card online before you leave, but allow at least 2 weeks for it to arrive.

I am going to get my card when I get down to WDW. You can go to customer relations at DTD or to any customer relations at the parks.

If you get your card there you will need to present you credit card and I.D.. They will give you a card and then you call a 800 number to transfer your credits.

If you have a valid card all you would need to do is either call Chase and transfer them or you can do it online. On line it will show the card number that you want to transfer them to.
