Does Disney World have like a Disney cruise/ Disney world combined package of some sort ? If so, is there a time of year to book for that is cheaper?
They used to offer "Land & Sea" packages, but these are no longer available, and usually weren't a very good deal anyways.
So, you'll have to book the two parts separately, and Magical Journeys can help with booking both the cruise and parks portion.
Generally, the more "off-time" it is, the cheaper it will be, both for the parks and the cruise. Late August/September are good times for both, and the parks are also cheaper in January, and most expensive around the holidays.
