We have the opportunity to go to Epcot for just one day in early March. Has anyone been in opening day? How crowded is it?

I have not been to Flower & Garden on opening day, but I was at Epcot last month for the opening day of Festival of the Arts: Epcot itself didn't feel particularly busy, but the food and art booths were all pretty crowded. Not unbearably so though.
Epcot on a crowded day is better than no Epcot at all IMO, so I'd go for it!
