Not sure where to put this, so feel free to move it.
Planning a trip in December, have ALOT of family that live in the area. Is there anywhere onsite that we could rent a pavilion or something for a block of time to have a little reunion?
I know there are spaces you can rent within the parks. I'm guessing at least some of the restaurants in Downtown Springs have function rooms you can rent. Some of the resorts - particularly those that cater to conferences, etc. probably have rooms you can rent as well.

I would expect that the Swan and Dolphin would also have meeting room/ballroom spaces to rent.
