Do you have to have tickets linked to your account in order to make FastPass+ reservations? Or can you just have your resort reservation?
You need to have the tickets linked in order to make FP+ selections.

Yes indeed. No tickets - no fast passes. It really forces you to purchase your tickets in advance of your arrival.

Just to add to the above, you have to have tickets for each day that you want to make FP+. For example, for 5 days of FP+, you have to have at least a 5 day ticket.

Also as I just found out this past weekend, you need to give the system a few minutes to update, after you link your tickets. I tried to book my fastpasses as soon as I linked my tickets and the system did not recognize that I had tickets yet. I did something else for about 20 minutes than tried again, and everything worked fine.
