I will be staying off property the first week of my trip - moving to an on-property hotel on October 1st. My on-property hotel stay is registered on My Disney Experience and thus will allow me to make FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to October 1st.
Will I be able to make FastPass+ selections outside of my October 1st stay 60 days from October 1st? For example, will I be able to make Fastpass+ selections on September 25th 60 days in advance of October 1st?

No. Your on-property dates will be the only ones you can select at the 60 day mark. Your off-property dates will be available for selection 30 days from arrival.
