First time planning for WDW need all the help

This is exactly the problem with using your fastpass+ options for these activities. The ability to obtain a 4th fastpass+ hinges on your having used (or time has elapsed for) all of your first 3 options.

That is a huge bummer, but for some people they would really want that fantasmic/parade show.
Another question, If you have a five day ticket, could you in one day use it to get into two parks and it would just use two days? I'm only going to be there four days, but a five day pass would let me effectively park hop the one day I want to park hop.

Nope. You can enter the same park as many times as you would like in one day but in order to enter two parks in the same day, you would need the park hopper option and, unfortunately, you can't choose the park hopper option for just one day.
