:archer: I completely forgot this was available. Can you tell me your experience with this activity?

I've never done it. Hopefully, someone who has experienced this activity will come along soon.

We haven't done it but my youngest took archery lessons when he was younger. He and his brothers would shoot and they loved it. My son shot a recurve bow and it looks like they use compound bows which means your arms and shoulders won't be as sore if at all.

DD and I have done it twice, and loved it both times.

There is a short time of "training" where you learn how to shoot properly (and safely), and then you get a chance to shoot a lot of arrows. There are two teachers, and a small group, so lots of personal attention, and it is quite fun. They give great feedback, and everyone was pretty successful at hitting the targets.

If you have a lot of previous archery experience, it may seem somewhat "slow", since they start you close to the target, and then move the group further back, but for us with no/little previous experience, it was great (and we went back again the next year, and enjoyed it just as much again).

Let me know if there are any specific questions I can help with!

It is behind the bike barn, between the pool and the campfire area. On non-archery days, I've seen it used for overflow golf cart parking for the pool.
