In the vacation booklet that I received from Disney, it says that I can begin making FP+ selections tomorrow, April 8th (60 days out), for our June 7-14 trip. I have quadruple-checked to make sure that my resort reservation and tickets are linked in MDE--I even called and talked to someone at Disney and was told everything is properly linked.
My paranoia stems from the fact that my MDE calendar, where it says "this day has FP+ selections you can manage" is only going through May 7th (as indicated by the date in blue vs. the gray dates). I'm using the MDE app on my phone, renting DVC points, and bought my tickets separately; would any of those things cause problems?
Hopefully, when I go to make the selections tomorrow, everything will be fine, but I want to be prepared for anything! :mickey:

You will be able to see everything at midnight. That's just the way it works. I am A DVC member and always buy tickets separately. What you're seeing is normal. I do know that the app will not let you do the 180 plus 10 for dining. I always have to do that on my laptop.

The struggle is real.
While I do not have any answers for you, I just did my FP+ selections for our June 4-11 trip. You will want to be on right at Midnight Eastern Time. I could not see or do anything until my window opened up.
We are not big hunters of characters, but I did notice when I was in there that the Anna and Elsa meet and greet was already booked on some of our days. I had no problem securing Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, but like I said I was on right when it opened up.
When you go to schedule, it shows all FP+ options and notes whether they are available, if you need to make a change later, it ONLY shows you what is available. Why does this matter? Well, I was not thinking and when I made my FP+ selections for Epcot, I did not even think to look if the new FROZEN attraction in Norway had opened up for FP+. If it was there, well, I am certain I missed all opportunity of securing it - but I would really like to know if it was even an option and now I have no way of finding out even that. So, when you go on, don't forget to look for the FROZEN attraction!
Let me know how it goes for you and let me know if FROZEN is an option - I would think it would be big news if it came online for FP+, but I have not heard anything.

Thank you so much for the info!!! I feel much better now :thumbsup: I wish this didn't have to be so complicated and stressful. I know it's been said before, but I can't imagine how inexperienced Disney planners/travelers are able to navigate all of this!

It's definitely a fear! I hear you. Especially as each time we go we seem to go with different people lately so I'm constantly connecting our MDE accounts. As a matter of fact I think I just screwed up DH's account so I have to call the Disney tech department this weekend...sigh...
