So let's say you have a FP+ time for Space Mtn from 4:15-5:15, if you ride it at 4:20 can you then go right to a kiosk to get another FP or do you have to wait til 5:20?

IF your Space Mtn. FP was the LAST of your three FP+s you were allowed to book for the day, then you are supposed to be able to make a fourth FP+ after your 3rd FP was used (or the time has expired if you didn't use it). But I have not actually tried this yet, so I can't guarantee success. Also, getting a 4th FP for a particular attraction depends on FP availability for that attraction. You are not guaranteed to be able to get a 4th FP for the attraction of you choice. For Space Mtn., you could probably get a 4th one at that time of day; but for 7DMT or TSMM or Soarin', probably not.

Yes, as soon as you've used your 3rd FP+, you can make another one.
We used one for Muppets at DHS, and then walked right over to the kiosk and made another one ... there were no issues at all.
