I feel like such a newbie with FP+! That being said, our 60 day window is approaching a in a few weeks. Ordered our tickets and magic bands. When the 60 day mark arrives, what time does it actually open up on that day? Midnight? I wanted to make our FP+ reservations as soon as possible. Thanks!

Yes, the FP+ window opens at midnight, I think we were actually about to start booking about 12:05am.
At the 60-day mark, you can book for your entire trip (as many days as you have tickets for), and other than the Mine Train and Anna & Elsa, you'll pretty well have your pick of times.
