Oh boy. We just booked a family trip to finally enjoy a Christmas season in Disney. Now I see it's smack in the middle of Pop Warner week. How bad is it?? I'm havin buyer's remorse lol.

In my experience, there's little to concern yourself with. Most of the kids and their families tend to be at ASSp or one of the other All-Star resorts, and are generally involved in their own activities most of the day. You may not even particularly notice the guys in the parks - the cheer squads can be more noticeable since they tend to roam in larger groups and bring a bit more attention to themselves.

It depends on if you're staying at a resort that hosts the Pop Warner teams. If not, you probably won't notice them at all. If you are, I recommend requesting a room that does not face the pools, as it tends to get a little noisy.

As mentioned it will depend on where you are staying. Avoid those resorts and you will be fine!

We have been during Pop Warner week many times and it had NO impact on us at all. You'll hardly even notice them.

Have fun!

We've often gone at this time without any issues - BUT, we've never stayed at one of the resorts that was hosting the participants. As others have noted, if you are staying elsewhere, you should have no issues.
