I'll be at WDW the last two days of the Food and Wine Festival....Sunday Nov. 9th and Monday Nov. 10. I'd like to go, but I know that the last two days will be slammed.
Question: What day would you go, and why?
Question: I'm arriving Saturday evening, ...is that more of a possibility of smaller crowds?

Saturday will be insane. If you're looking for smaller crowds your best bet on Sunday or Monday is go early in the day - get there at 11 when it opens. The later in the day, the more crowded it gets.

Agreed! I've never seen such chaos at Epcot as I did on a F&W Saturday. Never again!
I'd think that the Monday would be less crowded, even though it is the last day, simply because it is a weekday.
I agree with Chris 100%! Go early on Sunday, stay until it is just too crowded, and then head back again on Monday.
