Hi just wondering about your opinion...dinning late say 845 seating at mk Tonys when the park closing is at 9pm...we were thinking it would be a great way to finish the day....also when do stores close at mk ? Thanks for your opinions

We love late seatings! (Our favourite is Epcot, when you can walk through the empty park on our way out).
Stores seem to close about an hour after park closing, but I think it depends on how busy they are. If people are still buying, I'm sure they will still be open. I wouldn't count on doing too much shopping after your meal though.
I'm assuming if the park is closing at 9, that Wishes is also at 9 that night? If so, be sure to leave lots of extra time, even though Tony's is right at the front of the park, it will be PACKED, and if you are seated on time, you will miss the fireworks, if that is a consideration.
