We didn't see the options to customize it with any of the characters and designer ones aside from the colors. They are being shipped already. Is there a way to get them replaced?
The customized bands can be purchased once onsite, you can then add them to your account and use them in place of the standard complimentary bands.

Yes, all you get for free is the option to select a color and have a name printed inside the band. If you want the fancier bands, you'll need to purchase them - you can find fancier bands all over Disney World or you can order them online for approximately $20 each.

Ahh now I understand. I thought you can go with the fancier option right from the start but the complimentary bands is just the standard colors. It's essentially an add-on as opposed to choosing a little more for a fancier band instead of getting the colored ones.
