We've just got our flight information for our upcoming trip. How do I notify them of flight number and time of arrival?
Do I just email the person directly that I booked my vacation with or do I just go to the website and put the information in there?

I have always given all my information directly to my Magical Journeys agent, Denise. Just email her your information and she will make sure it is added to your reservation and DME is notified to send you the 'yellow' tags for your baggage.
