So my 60 days starts this am but my brothers reservation is linked to ours and he comes a few days later. I'm trying to make FP for the whole big group but it's not allowing me to add his family. Can I not make his until HIS 60 days?

Probably. Does he have park tickets? Those need to be in the system as well before fastpasses can be made.

He has a vacation package including tickets that is linked to my reservation, I can see it in there, I was just hoping I could do all the big group ones through me.
