well we are officially booked for november 2017!!!
however, i was trying to log into MDE app on my phone and it says email and password dont match.
isnt it the same log in for the disney site?
i uninstalled and reinstalled and even tried to reset password and says email address not found
any help would be appreciated!
You may have to call Disney to have them help you straighten this out.

Is this your first time using MDE? From your signature, it looks like this may be the case. You have to create an MDE account even if you already have other accounts/log ons on other Disney sites. They aren't all interchangeable. I have all of my Disney accounts set up using the identical log on and password (for my own sanity). Disneyworld.com, the Disney Store, PhotoPass, and MDE (along with everything else undoubtedly) are all separate systems with separate accounts and separate logons.

not my first time. i logged out then tried to log back in and then it wouldnt let me. seems like a glitch. tried to reset password and says cant find email. then tried to create new and says there is already an existing email.
guess gotta call help desk.
Yep. That's probably gonna take a call. I've had that happen to me as well. Always a problem on Disney's end. It often clears up in a day or two. They have been having a lot of issues this week. They had to extend a sale on disneystore.com because they suddenly couldn't process people's stored credit cards.
