We have tickets to MNSSHP for Sunday, October 22nd. Can we attach any fastpass+ to those party park tickets or is that not possible due to it being a special event?

You can use that ticket to get FP+ between 4pm (when you can enter with your ticket) and 7pm (when the party starts), but there is no FP+ during the party itself (although, I would, in my opinion be wonderful if there was).

Thanks so much. That is what I did. I was able to secure one fast pass for Thunder Mountain at 4:30 PM. Nothing else was available.

I honestly don't even worry about the rides on any of the party nights for Halloween or for Christmas, there is so much more do with with the meet and greets and the stage shows and parades.
