I know there are not fast passes during the party. If we arrived at 4 using our MNSSHP tickets can we get fast passes from 4-7.

Yes, you sure can. I'm not sure if you're able to do it on the app or only at the kiosk, though. I think kiosk since you wouldn't have a regular park admission ticket.

We have a 9 day ticket and a one day ticket for MNSSHP( we will be there for 11 days and it let us book three fast passes on the day we are going to the party.
