We are planning our first family trip to the World next year, arriving the day after Thanksgiving and staying through the following Saturday. I wanted to get tickets to MVMCP for that Friday night and see that there are no dates that weekend in 2015.
What are the odds that will change next year? Is it usually pretty standard that the dates for this year will be very similar next year?
The dates are generally pretty consistent year-to-year. There's never a party during Thanksgiving week. Usually they pick back up the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Then they are on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for the first 2 or 2 1/2 weeks of December. That's the way it is this year. If you're talking about the day after Thanksgiving, no, there won't ever be a party on that date. If you're talking about the following week (Dec 4 this year) there is a party on that day.
