The Magic Kingdom has a special Fireworks Dessert Party for: MNSSHP, Happily Ever After, and MVMCP.
If you don't mind, could you confirm (and if I'm wrong - correct):
MNSSHP HalloWishes Dessert Premium Package - dessert in the terrace with a view of the fireworks from the same place (where you eat - you do NOT going to a viewing area). Prime viewing for parade has been deleted from this package.
Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party (with Garden Viewing) - dessert in the back of the terrace and then escorted to the grassy section for viewing
MVMCP - dessert in the terrace with a view of the fireworks from the same place (where you eat - you do NOT go to a viewing area). Prime viewing for parade has been deleted from this package.

Yes, you are correct. It seems that Disney has removed the parade viewing from the dessert party packages this year. We won't know for 100% sure, since things seem to change, sometimes at the last minute, but I wouldn't count/plan on it.
