We will be staying offsite starting Jan 2 and would like to resort hop for Christmas décor, especially monorail resorts. We know the decorations will go down very shortly after we start our stay. Any suggestions? Where to park? If parking at a resort, what do we tell the guard house, will they let us in? Thanks

We did this a little over a week ago while staying off site. We had no problem. Pulled up to the guard house at the Grand Floridian and just said we were there to do some shopping. They told us where to park. We used the monorail to hit the others and stayed for a few hours.

That's what we did a couple of summers ago. Parked at the Grand Floridian parking, and hopped around to all the monorail resorts. We didn't have any issues, just be prepared if it is busy, and you can't park at a resort, you can always park at the TTC and then monorail hop from there.
