Hi everyone,

Has anyone ever filled a suitcase with snacks and bring it with them? I'm flying on Southwest so I can bring up to 2 suitcases per person. I just want to know how they handle through the whole process of going in with the regular suitcases?

Thanks

LYNN

I never packed a suitcase full of snacks but we do pre-ship snacks, meds, extra reading glasses, gum, brand new toothbrushes, travel size toiletries, etc. anything you don't want to forget while on vacation. We ship it a to our resort via UPS Ground a week or so before our arrival date.

Although if I was allowed 2 checked bags I would use your method. There is no way I need more than 1 checked bag for clothes. We are flying JetBlue but only allowed 1 checked bag.

Have done it --- including alcohol --- and it was no problem.

You can get these wine bottle bags that hold liquids really well. Exception, if you go to Aulani. Specific rules about that.

We do this all the time (almost exclusively fly Southwest)! I have never had a problem. Plus after eating/drinking everything, you have an extra suitcase to pack all your souvenirs in! :mickey:
