When i took my grand daughter I had my daughter use one of the extra luggage tags that I got with the travel documents.
It seemed to work well as we never had an issue with losing the stroller.

We might have put some tape with our phone number, I can't recall.
What my niece did was decorate the stroller. For a January trip the stroller had ribbons with snow flakes wrapping the tubular pieces. I think maybe even a battery powered string of lights.
Fall garlands and ribbon festooned the stroller for a September trip.
For the December trip she really had a good time decorating. The stroller is lime green and went really well with the all the pink/green Christmas decorations out that year.
We'd go to a craft store and stroll around, letting inspiration surface.
The only time the stroller was not where we'd left it was when the CMs moved it, along with other strollers, to better locations.
