We are going to Disney with someone who has an annual pass, can they buy a four day or more base ticket at a discount?
* stayed at more then once
Yacht Club, POR, POFQ,CSR,All Star Sports*,
CBR,Pop Century*,CR,WL,FortWilderness* Animal Kingdom lodge,All Star Music*.

No, there isn't any discount for passholders on additional tickets.
The best way to save a few dollars on tickets is to use the Official Ticket Center, but there really aren't a lot of discounts available on Disney park tickets.
