Please correct me if I am wrong
I believe there are no direct buses from BB to EPCOT
However, there are buses from BB to all the EPCOT resorts. I can take one of those buses and then walk from an EPCOT hotel through the international gateway?

Sorry, I must need more coffee this morning. BB? Oh wait, Blizzard Beach? I think there is a direct bus. I took a bus to DHS from there once not long ago, I think. So buses to parks, yes, I think they have them.
But if not, yes, you can take one to the Beach Club or any of the area resorts and go in through the International Gateway. I would choose Beach Club because it's a shorter walk from there than from the others. You will probably have one shared bus to several of those area resorts, though.
