There is a day where I will need to utilize Uber, which I have never done before. I will also have an ECV for the trip. Will Uber pick up a scooter custmer and load the ECV into the vehicle, or do I need to find a different method of transportation?

I don't think Uber would work for you, the UberX and UberXL are basically small/midsize cars which could not accommodate an ECV. Mears may be able to meet you needs.
