If I put money on a bank card, are they easy to use everywhere?

Sure. Most every place takes debit/credit cards. There are sporadic places that are magic band or cash only. Or at least there were. But those were pretty few.

Agreed! The only places I would question may be the street vendors who sell balloons or toys. I'm not sure if they are equipped for cards, but every shop or restaurant is card friendly.
