Hi! Just curious- where is the best place to watch the fireworks on July 4? We're arriving that morning and are staying at the Grabd Floridian. We have dinner reservations at Ohana around 4- I'm assuming the MK will be insanely crowded, so where would everyone suggest hanging to watch fireworks that night?

I would say the best would he from your resort. The GF has an excellent advantage point with the castle. We have watched them from the decking along Narcoossee's several times but I hear that the view from Gasparilla Island Grille is amazing.

The Polynesian beach probably has one of the best views but they will typically close that area off to everyone who is not a guest at the Polynesian on that evening. I agree. Watch them from your own resort.

My favorite place takes a lot of skill and timing to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks-- it is on the boat from the Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian The captains usually stop the boats so you can watch.... but since that is usually not a guarantee, I agree- the GF is an awesome place to watch.
(my second favorite is on the monorail - only been lucky enough to see that once)
