My son went to Iceland and got these shots of the Aurora Borealis. He went by himself and camped out 8 out of 10 nights.

Wow, those are amazing pictures, especially the one that looks like dots of wavy light! I used to love seeing the northern lights when I went to college in Duluth, MN, many years ago. I heard they've been very active the last month or so, I have a friend that even saw them as far south as Plymouth (also in MN, a suburb of Minneapolis).
