no, no a superbowl party. I am sure many of us will be at one of those this weekend and since I am not really into the big game this year (wake me up when the Dolphins finally make it back, I am tired of saying maybe next year) I figured we could just have a super party . Maybe celebrate Superman?

For those interested: The Superman
1/3 oz rum coconut
1/3 oz peach Scnapps
1/3 oz triple sec
1 splash grenadine
Pineapple Juice
Fill Highball glass with ice, add equal parts rum, peach schnapps and triple sec. Fill with pineapple juice, stir. Top with grenadine.
