Wow - I can not believe that I do not get up and go to work tomorrow. Officially, TEA only does retirements at the END of the month, but still, I do not go to work tomorrow.
Now, I get to spend more time on Intercot - (Lord, help us all LOL!)....
In exactly a month from today, I get to move to Florida, and be very close to Orlando (okay, I guess 45 minutes away is closer than Texas is anyway :mickey: )
I think I am supposed to be happy, but right now I am just plain in shock...
So, I thought I'd turn to my second love, Intercot and celebrate!

I retired one year ago and it took several months to get comfortable with the lack of "routine" and purpose.

Congratulations! My DH retired on Feb. 5 and so far he is driving me nuts.:mad: Be sure to let those who are with you in your new adventure have their space too. We celebrated our 54th anniversary last week and may not make it to 55. Just kidding! I really know we will get through the newness of this stage in our lives. It is fun to do things in the middle of week at any time of day or planning a trip to WDW any time we want to go, for any length of time we want, without having to ask the great paycheck writer if that's OK. Best of wishes for a wonderful new beginning in Florida.
