Greetings!
Someone sent me a QuickTime video, and for some reason it's upside-down. Is there any way I can rotate it 180 degrees?

You can rotate videos with Windows Movie Maker Live.

You need a basic video editor - Then you just flip the video. Windows movie maker will probably do it or if you are on a mac, a similar program. You'll have to import, flip the video and then export it.
If you are looking into getting into video editing - Adobe Premiere Elements can be bought for under $100.
