Survivor 29 Blood vs Water

OMG at the John Rocker rumor! Wowsa, especially if someone recognizes him. I can see that happening with some of the older guys, and also because I can't see Rocker holding in his arrogance (not exactly the word I wanted to use, but you get the picture.)

And I showed my son the rumors, and as he was reading #2, he shakes his head and says 'no, no, nooooooooo!' LOL!

I'm not familiar with the TAR casts, but I don't like it when they mix in other reality contestants. It doesn't sound promising. I also heard that they had two medical evacuations early on. Jeff mentioned it in an early interview. No returning Survivor players in this round, anyway, from what I've heard.

I'm with Mel's son on this one! One of my most happy viewing moments on AR was the night the Twinnies were sent packing. :ack:

I'm speculating here, but since this is I believe a new cast (no returning players) the news is pretty slow coming out. I think had there been returning players we'd be hearing more about who was coming back.

The one rumor that seems pretty strong, as already mentioned, is that the Twinnees from Amazing Race look to be on. I am vaguely interested to see them, only because they won't be together, so will be interesting to see if they are as annoying individually as they are together.

They were on this last season, but were the first team eliminated.

They are twins (Natalie & Nadiya) from Sri Lanka whose original season was TAR21. They finished 4th. They were known for being an extremely loud team, primarily between themselves in how they communicated. When doing challenges, especially the roadblocks, when one was on the sidelines, they would constantly yell out "Twinneeeeee!!!" over and over. It got obnoxious and quite tiresome extremely fast.

Besides yelling they were known for, and chastised for, "stealing" James & Abba's money that was inadvertently left on the ground.

Does this premiere tonight? Who will be watching? I will, but I feel kind of like I'm going through the motions and not really into it. I hope they change my mind. I hate to desert a show that I've been with since the beginning, but this has really been losing steam for me since the season of Russell Hantz (intense dislike). It gets better, and then worse, and then not good enough to convince me it's really going to be good again. But here I am. One more chance.

I'm going to watch; I do agree. I think this is the final chance for me as well.

I'll dvr it as always but am looking forward more to Amazing Race this Friday.

There for a minute last night I thought it was going to happen when his girlfriend beat him in the challenge. He pulled it back in really quickly though.
