Part of the benefit of staying at a Disney resort is that you are never too far from your hotel room. This is especially true of the resorts on Disney’s Monorail System (Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian). But even non-monorail resorts aren’t too far away on an air-conditioned Disney Transport Bus!
Staying “on property” allows for your vacation to have a more relaxed pace. The best way to accomplish this is to play your day out well, but still be flexible. Build a mid-day break into that schedule! Crowds start to build around noon and the hottest part of the day begins – so heading for your resort for a leisurely lunch, swim by the pool, bike ride or restful nap might just be what you need!
That way, you can head back to the parks when others are starting to leave after their full day. And we know – nighttime at the parks are beautiful!
