6 Resort Hotel Pool Refurbishments for Winter 2018 at Walt Disney World

The Walt Disney World Resort has announced 6 Resort Hotel Pool Refurbishments for Winter 2018:

  • Samawati Springs pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is scheduled to be closed January 8 through January 19, 2018.
  • The Big Blue pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is scheduled to be closed January 16 through January 19, 2018.
  • Flippin' Fins pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is scheduled to be closed January 31 through February 2, 2018.
  • The High Rock Spring pool at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is scheduled to be closed January 15 through January 26, 2018.
  • The Paddock Pool at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is scheduled to be closed January 29 through February 9, 2018.
  • The Meadows pool at Fort Wilderness is scheduled to be closed January 30 through February 2, 2018.

I always kind of admire how quickly Disney manages to get work like that done. I'd likely avoid the resorts without pools, but I'm not sure how much I'd want to be in a pool in Jan or Feb anyway! We've done it in December because we are stubborn, but not really enjoyed it much, LOL
