Can someone tell me what resorts, value and moderates, that have been updated recently? Trying to find a resort that had been renovated in the last 3 or 4 years!

POP is being renovated right now, and will be completed in early 2018. Port Orleans French Quarter is scheduled for a "soft goods" refurb in early 2018 as well.
There is lots going on, but those are the two I'm most aware of. Not sure when the construction at Caribbean Beach is going to be done.

Coronado Springs is also in the midst of complete room refurbs (not just soft goods). Completion is set for sometime in the spring (if not sooner - they seem to be moving quickly) for the existing rooms. In addition, Coronado is undergoing a major upgrade with the addition a new 15 story tower close to the convention center, and a reworking of the main lake and building a new island in the middle of it (with bridges to it, making it a new access way to the various parts of the resort. All that is supposed to complete by the beginning of 2019. Again they're moving swiftly with the construction.

Its a little bit outside your window, but Port Orleans Riverside, one of our favorites (moderate) went thru its renovation 2011-12, so 5-6 years ago.
