Are they currently doing renovations to any of the All Star Resorts? Just wanted to check before I made any reservations.

At all the ALS resorts, typically those rooms closest to the main building and pool are considered preferred.

I know the Surfs Up! location is preferred at ASSports. Not sure if they have added any other buildings since I stayed there last. It is close to food court and bus stop . . .

Depends on what you want. Near so shorter walk, or away from the zoo, then in the back is quieter.
