Do the resorts do anything for Halloween ? We are at the poly this night.

Back in 2002, we were at CBR during Halloween week. I remember crafts for kids at the food court. I think there were jack I lanterns on display, too.

Yes, usually there is a separate activities guide for this day. I know at Contemporary they had Trick or Treating listed on the actual 31st listed as well. I'd imagine it would be listed on the activities guide given to you at check in by the resort or via email as your check in becomes closer.
There were a few crafts and activities listed at the pool on the 31st as well. I would guess these would be similar at all hotels and on par at most deluxe properties for sure.
