I know that the resort will hold a package prior to arrival, but will they accept a delivery from a local person, not a delivery service? My cousin lives in Orlando and is willing to drop off some water and snacks for us, but she needs to do it before we arrive. Thanks!

Prior to 9/11 I dropped off welcome packages for guests of our wedding. But I had their information with me each time. No problems and everyone got the welcome kits when they arrived.
Last year they let us do that.
