Am I crazy or did Disney not announce that all resort pools were going to be fenced in?
Last month we stayed at Pop and CBR, and nothing at Pop was fenced and none of the quiet pools at CBR were either. Looking at both I couldn't see an aesthetically pleasing way to fence these pools in especially since the pool deck is often a big part of the main pathway for navigating the resort grounds.
Anyone know something I don't?

I think they're adding the fencing as the pools are refurbished. They added the fence to WL in the fall and did leave the walkway around the outside. They did some plantings and it doesn't look bad but it did take away a chunk of seating in the pool area.
